SAHARA DECKING
Dekco’s Sahara co-extruded composite line is an industry leader, with a highly dense inner core made from recycled polyethylene (HDPE) and wood fibres.
An outer shell of polymer completely encapsulates the board circumference in an impermeable layer of protection from the elements, staining, fading, mould, mildew, and scratching.

what is composite decking?
Composite, or Wood Plastic Composite (WPC), is a processed building product made from a combination of wood fibers, plastics and a small amount of bonding agents and colourants.
Dekco WPC products contain 92% recycled materials and we only use high density plastics (HDPE), which are a superior grade of plastics resulting in a stronger and more durable end product.

BY-PRODUCTS
The formulation is heated at extreme temperatures, extruded at high pressures into board shapes, and then it is refined and cooled.
This technique creates a unique product that can withstand the climate and weathering elements across the African continent.
